Oh, What a Year!

You haven’t heard from me much this year … partly because of my own grief journey. Partly because of Hurricane Helene. And partly because I’ve been immersed in creating a book filled with the Angels’ wisdom. (Almost done!)

As I look back over the year, it certainly would be easy to feel glad that it’s over.

And yet … I find myself feeling surprisingly neutral about it. In fact, I realized a couple weeks ago that I am no longer resisting the passage of time. For me, this is BIG!

I can’t say that I am meeting ALL of Life with neutrality … or with “Thank you!” But I am meeting less of it with resistance, for sure.

How about you? As you look back over 2024, are you able to be with it from a place of neutrality or appreciation?

Are there things that happened during the year that trigger you when you remember them? And, if there are: Would you be willing to have a conversation with whichever emotion you’re feeling?

Or … if you’re really feeling trauma triggered as you look back over the year, would you be willing to soothe and comfort yourself with self-talk … or with gentle touch … or by reaching out to someone for Love and support?

The Angels are encouraging each of us to really “close out” 2024. They’re encouraging us to see what happened during the year, appreciate what we can, and then let it all go as we step into the New.

I can feel that we’re on the threshold of some VERY big changes in 2025. And, as always, those changes start inside each one of us. (We really have been busy birthing a New Reality!)

So, as the Angels and I wish you a beautiful New Year filled with laughter and Love, fun and fulfillment, please know that we are holding you gently in a field of Divine Unconditional Love.
